To provide poor and vulnerable households with COVID-19 Hygiene Care Packages to protect them from contracting COVID-19 as well as preventing them from infecting other persons.

Supply a total of 6,000 Hygiene Care Packages (Masks, Hand sanitizers, sanitary napkins)

Public Assistance beneficiary clients 

Households receiving Child Disability Grant, Foster Care Grants and HIV Grants

All households that are receiving public cash transfers;

Additionally, the Hygiene Care Packages will be made available through the Primary Health Care Facility and Local Municipal Offices
